Orlando AI Solutions is a solo consulting practice based in Orlando, FL. We build custom AI automations — chatbots, lead capture, reminders, workflow automation — for small businesses in Central Florida.
The initial 15-minute discovery call is free and carries no obligation. Booking a call does not create a contract for services. Any engagement beyond the discovery call is scoped and agreed separately.
Our standard engagement starts at a one-time $500 setup fee plus a monthly service plan starting at $500/month. Exact scope, fees, and terms are defined per engagement in a written agreement. Prices listed on the Site are starting points and may vary based on scope.
The AI chatbot on this Site is powered by Anthropic's Claude model. It is a demonstration and support tool — not a licensed professional or advisor. Information it provides is best-effort and may be inaccurate. Do not share confidential or sensitive information through it. We log chat messages only briefly for abuse prevention and do not retain transcripts long-term.
Program description: Orlando AI Solutions operates two SMS message categories:
Opt-in: By providing your phone number in either flow above, you consent to receive the relevant SMS messages described. No opt-in occurs without you providing a phone number in response to a prompt.
Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to any message from us to unsubscribe immediately. You may also reply HELP for assistance, or email oscar@orlandoaisolutions.net.
Message frequency: At most one demonstration message per demo request. Up to four booking-related messages per booked call (confirmation, reminder, plus reschedule/cancel if they occur). No marketing blasts, no recurring promotional messages.
Message and data rates may apply. Messages are sent via Twilio. Check with your mobile carrier for rates.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Supported carriers: all major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular, and their MVNOs.

The Site and chatbot are provided "as is". We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding uptime, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from error. We may modify or discontinue the Site at any time without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orlando AI Solutions and its operator(s) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or chatbot, or from missed, delayed, or undelivered SMS or email messages. Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the free portions of the Site is capped at $50.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them. Material changes will be noted by updating the "Last updated" date above.
